Combining 30 years as a Registered Nurse and my love for cooking CPR Bar B Que was born.
For five years I tested several versions of a rub that would enhance the taste of Pork. Many friends, who helped test my flavors, began to expand using my rub on Chicken, Fish and Beef and then began asking for more rub.
With this encouragement, Schedule II rub was born.
